Welcome to Turf Nation. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our facilities and services. By visiting our facility or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

User Conduct

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we expect all visitors to:

1. Respect our staff, facility, and other guests at all times.
2. Abide by all posted guidelines and rules for each sports area.
3. Use equipment responsibly and report any damages or malfunctions to staff.
4. Refrain from engaging in disruptive or dangerous behaviors.
5. Smoking or vaping in turf area
6. Alcohol or drug use before/during matches
7. Littering (bottles, wrappers, gear)
8. Fighting/abusive language
9. Damage to property/equipment
10. Unauthorized field use (without booking)
11. Wearing metal-studded boots/unsafe gear
12. Climbing fences, nets, goalposts
13. Plucking flowers
14. Playing outside turf boundaries
15. Playing in garden/landscaped areas

Booking Confirmation

Booking will be confirmed only upon receiving payment. The full slot fee must be paid before the match begins.

Standard Cancellation

If cancellation is required, it must be informed at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. In such cases, the booking amount is refundable or may be rescheduled, subject o slot availability.

Late Cancellation

Failure to inform cancellation at least 48 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the full advance amount. If the authority decides to charge the full slot fee, the customer shall be liable to pay. This policy also applies to bookings made on the same day or 1– 2 days prior to the scheduled time. In such cases, customers have no right to reschedule or request a refund.

Tournaments & Events

For tournaments or special events, prior approval must be obtained at the time of booking. Otherwise, the authority reserves the right to charge additional fees for event-specific arrangements or even cancel the slots without refund.

Rescheduling & Reservation

The authority exclusively holds the right to reschedule or reserve any booking.
