Introduction

At Turf Nation, we strive to provide flexibility and a smooth experience for all our visitors. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for refunds, cancellations, and any associated fees. By booking with us, you agree to abide by these terms.


Booking Confirmation

Booking will be confirmed only upon receiving payment. The full slot fee must be paid before the match begins.


Standard Cancellation

If cancellation is required, it must be informed at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. In such cases, the booking amount is refundable or may be rescheduled, subject o slot availability.


Late Cancellation

Failure to inform cancellation at least 48 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the full advance amount. If the authority decides to charge the full slot fee, the customer shall be liable to pay. This policy also applies to bookings made on the same day or 1– 2 days prior to the scheduled time. In such cases, customers have no right to reschedule or request a refund.
